Where We Ship From
Nectrum ships most orders from our Hong Kong and China warehouses.
If your item is in stock at our US warehouse, we may ship domestically to ensure faster delivery.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Pre-orders ship within 2–3 business days of the item arriving in stock.
- Once your order ships, we cannot modify it.
Please contact us immediately if corrections are needed before fulfillment.
International Shipping
We’re proud to offer worldwide delivery. However, shipping availability and timeframes vary by region.

Fulfillment & Dispatch

- Dispatch window: Within 24–72 hrs after placing your order
- Origin: Orders ship from Hong Kong or US warehouses depending on inventory

Customs & Import Duties
- Customers are responsible for any local customs duties, VAT, or import fees.
- USA Orders: Duty-free
