Nectrum Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy

What’s Covered

  • Fabric flaws or failures
  • Stitching breakdowns
  • Malfunctioning zippers, snaps, buckles, or other hardware
  • Structural failures resulting from workmanship

Coverage remains valid for the lifetime of the product (as reasonably determined by Nectrum), and only for the original purchaser.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (abrasions, fading, fraying, pilling, material fatigue)
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Improper care (unapproved cleaning methods)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Incidental or consequential damages

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  2. Contact Nectrum Support via support@nectrumgear.com.
  3. Include:
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product and the defect
    • Your order or purchase details
  4. Once reviewed and if approved:
    • Nectrum will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
    • If the product is no longer available, a comparable replacement or store credit may be offered.

Note: You may be responsible for shipping the item to Nectrum for evaluation or repair.

Additional Terms

  • This warranty applies only to items purchased directly from Nectrum or authorized retailers.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
